Really strong base and puncture-proof tyres definitely a bonus for use in a field. Detachable sides useful to enable carrying longer loads. Sides are more lightweight and designed to enclose the load rather than carry the weight. Good quality materials. We did need to add a further washer/spacer on the front axle so that both front wheels cleared the bottom of the base but still very happy with the purchase.

Product quality is fine (I hope but hardly used it yet) but your records will show that 1) Some washers were missing, 2) There were 2 front axles sent but no back axle. 3) The replacement back axle was different to the front axles in that paint was also applied to the spindles that go through the wheels and thus it could not be fitted. One wheel jammed on tight about 5cm in. I took it to a local garage who removed it and then I filed off the paint myself. The axle then fitted. 4) The tool tray was the wrong size.
At all times your customer Service Dept. responded quickly & sent replacement parts on time, eventually offering to replace the whole cart. However by me filing off the paint this was not then necessary and all you had to do was send a replacement tool tray. Apart from the obvious frustration the only observation I would make is, that, it was not until the final email, was any apology offered. Maybe a small thing but with another less patient customer, things may well have become more confrontational! I made the suggestion of some compensation as I had resolved the axle issue. I was offered 10% which I was happy with and the word ‘sorry’ appeared in the final email
